Guilt and Expectations.
Guilt and Expectations. Two words every person faces the most in his/her life. Interrelated words. Expectations lead to Guilt. They have destroyed lives of many but on the other hand they are the best teachers who make you learn a lesson. They are the phases of life, which make you stand on your feet after you fall.
Expecting is not a crime. When the expectations are not fulfilled, it leads to disappointment. Expectations are a part of human feelings and emotions. Emotions are a part of life and so are expectations.
Expectations in love, expectations in friendship, expectations in a task, expectations in a education, expectations in promises, expectations in trusting, expectations in respecting, expectation in believing blah blah blah. A long list of expectations, probably which would be more than the number of friends one has. Expectations are the best teachers which make you learn a lesson. If not now, then the next time or maybe the next to next time, but one day the make you learn the lesson of life and make you learn the importance of yourself, make your emotions and feelings strong and will help you to choose correct person in the upcoming future.
Interrelated to Expectations is Guilt. With a scientific definition it is a state of mind which leads to depression but with experiences, guilt is when you are effected so much that you start blaming yourself even if you are not at fault. Too much expectations lead to extreme guilt and guilt destroys ones self confidence and self respect. It is a part of human emotions. A Guilt is the worst emotion. Blaming yourself even when you are right is the grenade which booms away your self-confidence and love for yourself.
Its you again who built up yourself and your self-confidence. Life is not easy my dear readers, expectations and guilt are just a part of life which come and go, the moral is to trust yourself and love yourself the most. The more you expect and the more you face the guilt, the more you realize that "You are the most important person in your life"
