Adios Gundecha(Part-2)

The moment of tears here arrive when the principal Mam addresses us for the last time. She has always been a motivation for student and has always been friendly to all. The results arrive for the final round of the Mr and Ms Gundecha competition. Everyone hold their breath, all with a tension on their face but an excitement inside them. The clock ticks ticks and the results should be out at any moment. Finally starting from the second runner up boys we had Anmole and from the girls we had Priya Darshini. Within seconds we had the results of the first runner up boys we had Deepankar and girls we had Rhea Rachel Singh. The audience hold their breath, the atmosphere was getting all tensed up, finally the results of Mr and Ms Gundecha are out. For the Mr it was Sanil Bhinde a well deserved person and for the Ms it was Sakshi Mishra. Oh Boy I bet this was the best gift she would have got on her birthday.

The last performance was done by our very own singer, Noyonika. Well emotions could be felt in her voice and the one which where flowing in our heart. And in the end a wonderful song sung by Harshdeep where he proved that, emotions are the one that matter and not the tune of the song. A performance which touched our heart.

                         Farewell- A memory of pictures
                                         A memory of tears
                                         A memory of laughter
                                          A memory of smiles
                                         A memory of excitement
                                         A memory of hugs
                                         A memory of life.

The farewell thus came to an end with the flying of candle kites. Well in the end, we have got the best possible juniors and yes the best teachers in Gundecha and the best year of my life.
A special thanks to all the juniors, Rudrashish and Shikhar for making this night a memorable one.

Adios Gundecha!(Part-1)

As days passed on, we all where excited to wear suit for the farewell day. While we had a feeling of excitement on one side of our heart, a feeling of tears and emotions was building up as the day where getting over and finally the day came where we had to say bye to friends, the building and Gundecha my college.

22nd January 2014,  Farewell- Glow in the Dark, all boys are in the suits dressed up as perfect gentlemen and all girls are in the saree dressed up as perfect ladies, me and my gang of friends we all reach their by 4:30pm as we were given strict warning about the timings by our juniors. Haha all dressed up as Gentlemen we all march towards the college through the same old road leading towards it for the one last time with cracking jokes and making some priceless expressions.

We reach the venue gate just 10min prior to the given time, we take the batches which where hanging on the rope with our names written on it. Behind those batches where our special qualities, the qualities which described us perfectly, for me it was "Sensitive" . Well yes I am a sensitive person and my juniors know me quite well.

We where soon given the glowing neon bands and some funny looking headgear to enhance the theme of the farewell- Glowing in the Dark. Just as we chatted, we had the special person with us, Sakshi. It was her birthday today and all sang the Happy Birthday song as soon as she entered, a moment to cherish.

After some quick photo sessions in the Saraswati Area we then proceed to the venue of the Farewell, the Gundecha ground. The basketball court all decked up with balloons and some cool decorations, we soon catch our seats in a rush. It gave us the feeling of playing the game Musical Chairs.

As the time passed by, I found myself a chair with the friends from my Electronics batch. Nikhil,Raoul,Anil,Charchit and Ankur. Sayalee was a guest appearance. As the flow of excitement in our body was increasing the shows for the night begin.

The first performance was a beautiful song sung by the juniors and oh look whom we have there. Shikhar Rastogi. An amazing music composer, singer or in short a music masala guy. He is our senior who passed out 12th in 2013. The band consisted of one of the best group. Dikshita, Dev,Ajinkya and Shikhar, beautiful performance. Hats off for beginning this evening in the musical way.

Soon we got a glimpse of a dance show performed by juniors. Well a good dance with awesome co-ordination. Really it was a treat to watch their performance. Aha soon there you go we where treated with another dance, this time a solo one performed by Dikshita. Well you are an allrounder dear. Its a treat to eyes to watch you perform.

Taking a break from the performances, the host Anika soon called up the 30semi finalists selected for the round of the title of Mr and Ms Gundecha Competition. They where asked some out of the box questions and dont be surprised all the students with no difficulties impressed the judges. Good job everyone.

Soon after the competition, the show begins. Wow and here we go, we experience the best performance of the night. It was our seniors Rudrashish and Shikhar one of the best musicians. With a combination of 7songs we experience one of the best mash up songs. Well yes it was the best performance of the night, and thankyou for coming and surprising us. "Farewell mein chaar chand lagadiye"

Everyone present there where now in a cheering mood expecting the next performance to be awesome and yes it was awesome. The dance of the evening. Good job juniors, you stood up beyond our expectations. It was a good dance, but to be true, co-ordination could have been improved but never mind, we all where busy for cheering you up.

Blessings- Your Soul's Temple

We all have heard that- After every bad time there comes a good day, well did we ever bothered to discover that the energy and all that stamina we get to battle the bad time.? Where do we get from? I guess no, because we never experience the blessings. Blessings are your souls temple, and I guess one cannot experience blessings at that time and at that moment.

These blessings not only help you in fighting your bad days but they also help you to accept every fact of life. People who bless us the most when leave their body, they settle down in our souls because they are not those who bless us, but they blessings themselves.

Yes, its true people who leave you, are the ones you miss a lot. But if you don’t find them here and there, just close your eyes and with all the good memories you did spend with them, just look down your soul, you will find them. You will find them cheering up for you, no matter how much you are sad or happy because souls have no emotions, they are just temples for blessings which cheer you up, each and every breath of your life
.
Look around you, you find people who bless you everytime, but when you don’t find them, just look inside your heart and soul, you find them over there. They settle down in your soul, in your memories, because they come so close to your heart that they cannot leave you.

Yes, tears flow through our eyes, because we are emotional people, but if you cry, you hurt not only yourself, but all those blessings that reside in your soul. I know speaking is easy but when it comes to experiences one cannot handle it.

Just one thing- “Remember those who where with you, because remembering them from your heart, will truly reunite you again”
